As president and CEO of Titan Farms, Chalmers is involved in Titan Farms from the office to the field. He oversees operations from the daily packing of the peaches to laying plastic in the vegetable field. Chalmers earned his bachelor’s of science degree in Agricultural Economics from Clemson University and is a member of the South Carolina Agriculture Commission. Chalmers is also treasurer of the South Carolina Peach Council, chairman of the South Carolina Farm Bureau Labor Committee and past chairman of the American Farm Bureau Labor Committee. Chalmers serves on the Executive Board of the Palmetto AgriBusiness Council and is a member of the Palmetto Institute Ag Advisory Board Executive Committee. Chalmers began his farming career in Madison, Florida farming peaches and vegetables in 1990 and has been with Titan Farms since 1995. Chalmers and his wife Lori Anne have two children, Chalmers IV and Carly Anne.

Lori Anne is the Vice-president and Administrative Manager for Titan Farms, supervising Human Resources and the administration of the H2A worker program. Lori Anne works closely with marketing and promotion of the farm and its various entities. She also manages the operation of Sara’s Roadside Stand Lori Anne earned her BA degree in Elementary Education from Clemson University & a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision. She is a member of the Clemson University Foundation Board, Midlands Area BB&T Advisory Board, Migrant and Seasonal Farm Worker Commission and serves as the Vice-President of the Old 96 Tourism Commission. Lori Anne has worked along her husband Chalmers in expanding Titan Farms since 1995.

Hap Carr is the coordinator of the Titan’s extensive Food Safety and Security program. He also serves as Packing House Manager, handling the farm's daily packing house operations. Hap earned his degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University and is retired from the United States Air Force. He has been with Titan Farms since 1999.

Esperanza has been with Titan Farms since 1996. Hope, as she is affectionately known, serves as Titan’s H-2A Coordinator, Packing Shed Assistant Manager for peaches, and Packing Shed Manager for Bell Pepper and Broccoli. She also manages quality control for each commodity and supervises the team of workers employed in the packing shed.
