For five years, researchers have sliced and diced peaches and nectarines of every color, shape and size to find just the right varieties, timing and protocols that allow us to capture that same great summer flavor of ripe peaches and nectarines and put it in a bag.

With a firm texture and same great flavor of whole peaches and nectarines, our new sliced fruit is sold in the refrigerated section of the produce department. It has a 12 day shelf life and is perfect for summer snacking or baking.
